Section B — Hours and availability

Example: Mon to Fri 8am to 5pm, Sat 9am to noon, closed Sun.

Section C — Greeting and voice

Example: "Thanks for calling Hillsdale Plumbing. This is Maya, how can I help you today?" Short, warm, natural.
Optional. Example: "Talks slow, uses y'all, mentions we are family-owned."

Section D — What your callers want

Example: "Do you service my area? How soon can you come? What does it cost? Are you licensed?"

Section E — Appointment booking

If you use ServiceTitan or similar, paste the booking URL or describe how techs are assigned.

Section F — Emergency handling

Plumbing example: active leak, no hot water in winter, sewage backup. HVAC example: no AC above 85F, no heat below 50F, gas smell. Be specific.
All emergencies, nights, weekends, etc.

Section G — Pricing and FAQ

Example: "Diagnostic call $89, applied to repair. Standard service call $150 minimum."
List a few question and answer pairs, e.g. "Do you take credit cards? Yes, all major cards, cash, and check."

Section H — Brand and tone (optional)

Example: reliable, family-owned, fast.
Example: "Sure thing," "We've got you covered."
Example: "Per our records," "Unfortunately."
